Our management department aims to ensure that your property (your asset) runs efficiently without undue pressure on your schedule.
Services include maintenance, decoration and repairs, safety certification and periodic property visits. This list is by no means exhaustive.
The high level of service provided by Soames is very much appreciated in equal measure by both landlords and tenants. This satisfaction often results in a longevity of a tenancy, which is a benefit for all parties concerned.
When maintenance is required we use only appropriately qualified professionals and small teams of contractors each highly skilled in their trade. We feel it important to know the people we work with and keep up a good professional rapport, the benefits of which lead to an efficient and friendly service.
In addition to managing tenanted properties, we are also happy to discuss provision for both owner-occupied properties and pied à terres.
